Delivery Information

We only deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland).

Consultations/orders (online or by telephone) completed by 3:00pm (Mon-Fri), and assuming the consultation is susscesful (wherein our prescriber writes a prescription for the desired medication, or has no further questions for the patient), will usually be processed and despatched in a MINIMUM of 1 working day.

All orders are delivered using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is an insured & signed-for service. We use completely opaque packaging, with no indication of what it contains. Once dispatched, we will e-mail you a tracking number, so that progress of the delivery can be followed, or so you can estimate the arrival date and time in order to ensure that someone will be at the delivery address in order to sign for the parcel.

Please Note Additional Delivery Information

Deliveries are usually made the next working day after despatch. However, depending on where you live in the UK, some orders despatched on a Friday may be delivered on a Saturday. This is something which is completely out of our control.

Signature Required

Royal Mail will require a signature from someone at the delivery address to confirm receipt of the parcel. If there is no answer at the delivery address when the delivery is attempted, they will usually leave a card with instruction on how to collect the parcel. If you know that no one will be able to accept delivery at your home address (usually during daytime on a working day), please be sure that the delivery address is a location where someone will be able to sign for the parcel (e.g. where you work). All delivery times are estimated (as accurately as possible) and we cannot control the actual time it may take for an order to be delivered, as this will be dependent on the carrier and other circumstances.

Delivery Cost To UK Addresses

Delivery is FREE on all orders. We only deliver to UK addresses (including Northern Ireland) and they are generally delivered within 1-2 working days of payment clearance (which will not be processed until/unless a prescription is written).
