In order to provide a medical e-Consultation to you, we are required by UK law to process your data.

The information we collect about you is used exclusively to process your e-Consultation form and to keep you up-to-date with our products and services.

If you do not want us to send you information on products or special offers, your Privacy is guaranteed, you can indicate this.

The Internet is a global medium, therefore using the Internet to collect and process personal data may involve transmitting it internationally.

We endeavour to make any data transmissions as secure as possible and ensure all parties have a suitable privacy policy.


How your information is used

The information from your e-Consultation will be used by our doctor in order to make a diagnosis and write a prescription (pending suitability).

If any medication is prescribed, then your prescription will be given to our pharmaceutical supplier in order to dispense your prescription with the utmost Privacy.

As part of our Privacy Policy all parties in the e-consultation/dispensing process are required by law to keep records of your details for a period of time.

No one else will ever see any of your personal/medical information.

We do not divulge or sell any of your personal data to any third parties, ever. If we ever desired to do so, UK data protection laws require that we obtain your written permission first.
 

What information do we collect? How do we use it?

We will require some of your basic personal details (as the patient), such as: your name, email address, full home address, telephone number, date of birth, gender, weight, height. Your telephone number allows us to contact you urgently, if there is a problem, or any questions, regarding your e-Consultation.

After you submit your e-consultation form, our doctor may have some questions regarding your information and we would need to contact you.

We would usually correspond by e-mail, as a first means of communication, but we may need to use the telephone in certain cases.

Your number will not be disclosed to any third parties, as part of our Privacy Policy.

We will also need to know some medical information about yourself (historical and current), in relation to potentially prescribing any suitable medication.

Of course, you will also need to provide a delivery address (no PO boxes), and payment details to our secure Payment Service Provider (PSP), if you choose to pay online via credit/debit card.

Our Web site may have links to other Web sites, which we cannot control, and we cannot guarantee that they will comply with this privacy policy.

If you use other sites which link from our site, the owners/operators of these Web sites may collect information from you, but it will be in accordance with their own privacy policy, which may be different from ours.
